1967 vintage AVON Leather After Shave Lotion decanter with mini cameo w/ lid

Up for auction is a vintage avon LEATHER after shave lotion bottle.  3 fl oz. with silver screw on lid.
glass bottle with no chips.  Screw lid works great.  It looks like someone glued this tiny cameo onto the bottle.  I don’t think that it came with the bottle.  See pictures.
